All Seasons Contracting offers its customers a no-hassle approach to restoring your home’s exterior to like-new condition.

Severe weather affects hundreds of thousands of homes each year. Most homeowners aren’t even aware that their home has damage until they’re facing a leak in the roof. Unfortunately, storm damage can surface months after a storm has hit and your insurance company is not obligated to notify you about a storm after it has hit.

All Seasons Contracting’s highly experienced storm damage assessment professionals will help ensure that your insurance company gives you a fair damage assessment on your property, discuss your damage in detail with your insurance company, and get your roof, siding and gutters repaired or replaced for only the cost of your deductible.

Here are the steps we’ll take with you:

1.       IT STARTS WITH A COMPLETE FREE INSPECTION. We’ll complete a thorough property inspection and document any damage you’ve incurred.

2.       WE HELP WITH YOUR CLAIM. We will then help you open a claim with your insurance company with the date of loss—or date the damage was incurred. We’ll use your recollection of the storm or our storm date records for your area.

3.       WE’RE THERE FOR THE ADJUSTMENT. You will contact us when your adjuster calls to schedule an inspection of your property. At this time, we will come to a settlement agreement with the insurance adjuster. When the adjuster calls, feel free to give him or her our phone number, and ask them to call and schedule the inspection directly with us.

4.       WE START THE WORK. Our professional crew will then be scheduled to start your project. We’ll begin the work after you receive your first check from your insurance company. This is known as a materials check. Should your insurance company pay your claim in full with one check, All Seasons Contracting requires a 50% down payment for materials in order to start your project. The remaining balance will be due upon completion and final inspection.

5.       After repairs or replacements have been completed, All Seasons Contracting will CONTINUE TO WORK WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY to ensure that all payments are made to satisfy the completion of your project.
